I am 68, work part time, collect SS, pay ss Taxes. I Pay Income tax on my SS payments. Can the SS taxes I pay at work be used to pay these taxes on my SS income ?

No, that is no longer your money. It goes into a pool that pays Social Security benefits for you and everyone else that collects. The tax you are paying on the benefits you receive is federal income tax and goes to the US Treasury.
