No. This return must be filed using TurboTax Business (Form 1041). Personal returns cannot use the same software to prepare an estate return.
Hello and thank you for the quick answer! So this trust, my parents are both alive and there have been no distributions of any kind. Are you saying that the trust itself has to file a return, using Form 1041 via Turbo Tax business?
It depends on the type of trust. For living trusts, expenses/deductions are reported on personal return.
