Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I already printed my taxes and something came up and cannot pay my taxes in full. Can i apply for the payment plan after the fact on turbo tax?

i don't like that we have to upload photo id to set up a payment plan on IRS. Does using the payment plan option on Turbo Tax omit that? And, can it be done after the fact? Something came up. I was able to pay the taxes in full but now, cannot do it. Can I go back and do just that section, to get a payment plan?

It depends on whether your filed your return. If you printed your return, but haven't e-filed it, or signed and mailed it, you can go back in and make changes.

Setting up a payment plan through TurboTax will require the same things as setting it up through the IRS website, so yes, you will need to upload your ID.
