I added my 1095-A form, and filled everything out but it still says needs review even tho I've the filled in everything I could.

Make sure you don't have any zeros entered. Leave those fields blank. Go through the federal review once you are ready to file - TurboTax will let you know if there is any issue with your 1095-A.
