I accidentally checked that I was divorced in 2023 and now it wants the date of my divorce which was actually in 2021. It keeps making me "fix" it but can't uncheck

I can't e file until I have this "fixed". I need to uncheck the divorced box but it only gives me the option to add the date of divorce

To make a change in your marital status you must :

Log into your account again

Tax Home

Continue in Personal Information

See 1st Exhibit below

Where it says Married Filing Jointly, select Edit

Let's confirm your Filing Status, See 2nd Exhibit
