Between January 2021-January 2022, I made ~$120 through Amazon Affiliate links. Amazon doesn't give me any sort of tax form because I made less than $600. How do I report this income? Do I need to calculate from based on calendar year or tax year?
I tried to report as "Other self-employed income", but it's asking what "type of income" and gives the example "cash, checks, or 1099-K", so I'm not sure what to enter.

You can enter Cash or Check and enter the amount since either of those would work and will not impact your return based on the type as long as you enter the amount correctly.
However, if you received that amount directly in your bank account, check would be the most appropriate option.
Enter as Less Common Income and chose the last option Miscellaneous income. It is not a check, it is a 1099K. TurboTax does not say 1099K for Less Common Income, but it is still the correct place to put it. Next year there will be more guidance and probably a special section to enter this type of 1099K because so many more people will receive it for 2022, due to tax law change.
This is how you enter other/less common income in TurboTax:
Go to the Wages and Income section of TurboTax
- Choose Less Common Income
- Choose Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
- Choose Other reportable Income
- Enter a description and the amount of your other income
