It seems like every since you change the way we can reopen the turbo tax downloaded software to continue working on our tax return, it is always problem. Do you have to reload the software from the website to open it up to continue working on the tax return that was started earlier. It always ask do you want to replace it or keep both copies. Why is this asked? What does it indicate. If I say, keep both copies, does it mean I will have 2 different copies on my computer. When that happens, does the tax return that I have been working disappear from my computer and I have to start over again. What is the best way to operate this mess software package when I am trying to return back to it to complete my return. For example, I was working on a simple return for my son and wanted to save it within the software so that I can come back and file the return. I closed the software and when I tried to reopen it, it asked about replacing or keeping both.
