No, you don't have to pay estimated taxes, even if TurboTax included 1040-ES vouchers with your tax return.
Making estimated payments is always voluntary, and any vouchers that TurboTax generates for you are for your convenience. They don't get transmitted to the IRS with your tax return.
That being said, if you owe more than $1,000 when you file your tax return, you may owe a penalty.
