For those who have gone through and filled out their taxes, you will see the review of products and will most likely see $200 that you are asked to pay for their Deluxe Live. Being active duty or reserve, you have the benefit of filing for free using their products EXCEPT Live Products. That is why some of you are going through frustration saying "I'm a service member and I'm being charged a fee when it's supposed to be free". Again, the benefit is there for you if you DON'T use Turbo Tax Live Products. If you are at the checkout portion and have to pay $200, you will need to clear and start over; Left side tab 'Tax Tools' then 'Clear & Start Over'. You will need to refill the filing choosing the DIY (left option or the box that says you want to file them with no help) when asked how you want to file. Just ensure that you are carefully inputing your numbers!
