How to enter child care expenses?

Under Deductions and Credits, I try to enter child and dependent care credits: According to the help window I qualify to enter my child daycare costs, however the application does not route me to a page where I can enter the amounts and brings me back to the Deductions and credit page.

What am I doing wrong? Why is this happening?
