How to change claimant info on a rejected 2023 tax return?

My tax return was rejected due to incorrect claimant info, but I am struggling to find any way to fix it. Following the buttons that have me review and "fix" it are just trying to refile my taxes without making any changes, and I cannot find a "my info" page that it recommends me to go. All online guides are mentioning the ability to edit this information but I am struggling to find any correct route. Please help?

How to change claimant info on a rejected 2023 tax return?

Yes, you can change the taxpayer's personal information in order to correct a rejected return.

Here's how to do that in TurboTax Online:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
  2. Select Fix my return.
  3. On the Let's fix your return and then refile screen, select Fix it now or Revisit.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to edit your information. If the program doesn't take you to the right spot to make your corrections, select My Info, or Personal Info.
  5. Select the down arrow to the right of your name, your spouse's name, or your dependent's name.
  6. Select Edit, then Continue.
  7. You can correct name, date of birth, and Social Security number here.
  8. When you're finished, select Continue to File and continue until you e-file your return.
