How to add an adjustment code on Form 8949

I am trying to add an adjustment code in column f of Form 8949 and am unable to find where that code can be added in Turbo Tax.  Can someone please help?

• What did you sell that requires the adjustment code?
• Are you using TurboTax Online or the CD/Download TurboTax software?
