How to actually transfer the tax payment to the IRS as a nonresident alien with no US identification

Hi. So I have to file the 709 form and pay gift tax in the US for the first time in my life. Definitely have to pay. There's no question about it. Have no SSN or ITIN. Settled the filing part. However, I'm struggling to find ways to actually transfer the tax payment to the IRS as a nonresident alien living abroad. Have like a week till 15th of April. Anxiety 's through the roof. I have no bank accounts in the US. So nothing seems to be working. I cannot issue a check since the IRS does not accept foreign checks. Nor can I pay the gift tax online since all the payment options either require SSN/ITIN or cannot be used to pay the gift tax in principle. What should I do? Please help.
