How to access State quarterly estimated tax feature in TurboTax

We've already completed and filed our 2020 US and state taxes. Based on a letter from Oregon DoR, it looks like we should start filing quarterly estimated taxes in 2021. I can't figure out where to access this feature in TurboTax. The help text says, "at the end of your state return, we’ll ask if you want to make estimated tax payments and help you calculate the amount. We'll even generate the payment vouchers for you to print along with your return."

That sounds promising, and maybe it asked me that back in March when I did the taxes, and I passed. But now that I know I need to, I can't find any sequence of clicks and answers that get me back to that point.

I would deeply appreciate step-by-step instructions of how to get to the state quarterly estimation feature in TT, given that I have already filed, so I'm now beyond "at the end of your state return." Thanks!
