How much does the irs currently charge to use form 9465 for a fee and interest under $6,000?

Per the instructions for Form 9465, linked to below, the fee for setting up an installment agreement to make payments by check, money order, credit card, or payroll deduction installment agreement has increased to $120 (from $105).

As far as interest rates, it is currently 4% per the IRS website below:
