How many ways can you abbreviate Administrative Assistant for it to accept your taxpayer's occupation? it keeps wanting me to fix it because I have too many characters

I don't know what's causing that.  I just tested it in the My Info section, and when I start typing "Administrative Assistant" in the Occupation box, after 5-6 letters it displays it in a dropdown menu of choices, and accepts my choice in that dropdown menu.

Also when I type the whole thing into that field, it accepts it.

What if you highlight the whole Occupation box field and then hit Delete to clear that field to make sure there's nothing hidden in it.  Then start typing "Admin....".  Does it show a dropdown menu for you?

Or are you referring to an error that crops up in the Review/Error Check?   If so are you trying to correct it in the Error Check, or are you going back to the My Info section?
