Both my brother and I are listed as Personal Representatives for our deceased mom's estate. Because we're listed as "MyName *AND* HisName" on the Letter Of Administration, we both need to sign checks when paying bills from the estate. Since we'll be submitting a Letter Of Administration (which shows MyName AND HisName) with the form 1310, do we both need to squeeze our names, SSN’s, home addresses and signatures on the form 1310? She receiving a return which will be deposited into the Estate Account. Thank you!
