How many 1065s may I file with the Business software? I own three separate LLCs.

You can e-file 5 returns with the download/desktop products.  See more information below.

TTKaren is quoting the Personal Tax program limitations ... the BUSINESS program that completes the form 1065 can complete & file an unlimited number of returns.
