How do I upload more than one 1095-A form for health insurance?

You can add more than one Form 1095-A using TurboTax Deluxe Online edition by following the instructions below:

To jump directly to that section of TurboTax:

1. Press the TurboTax "Search" button located near the top right of your screen
2. Type "1095-A" into the search box
3. Pick "Jump to 1095-A" from the dropdown results
4. On the "Was anyone enrolled in a plan from HealthCare.gov or another state's Marketplace in 2015?" screen, select "Yes" then press "Continue"
5. On the "What type of plan were you enrolled in?" screen, select "Obamacare plan (1095-A)" then press "Continue"
6. Add the information for your first Form 1095-A
7. When you reach the "Here's what we have for your 1095-As" screen, click "Add another" (see attached image Add 1095-A)
8. Add your second Form 1095-A
