How do I report if I stopped working as a self employed? as a Driver (Uber)

I mean, I stopped working as a driver since January 01 2018. Turbo tax brings the past information 2017 and when I go to all forms, it shows errors on the "Car and Truck Expenses Worksheet". line 4c and 5 (miles driven during 2018)

You must remove the Schedule C that was reported in 2017 and carried over to 2018.
