How do I report grant income provided for doing pro bono work?

I recently graduated law school and my university provides me $4500 per quarter for performing pro bono work at other organizations.

How is your grant income reported to you? Do you receive a W-2, a 1099-Misc or is it reported as a Scholarship/Grant against Tuition on Form 1098-T?
