How do I report a TT problem and please don't suggest I refresh my browser and clear out my cookies and cache.

I was unable to file my MA state return with Turbotax Online because it absolutely does not handle the proper exclusion of US Government Debt when it needs to be allocated between states. I spent hours on the phone with Support and posted numerous times in the Community forum with no resolution.

How do I report this problem which will impact me again next year?
