There is a logic error in the Foreign Taxes Credit calculations that prevents the Federal Review to complete, and I have been unable to fix the issue.

To clarify, what is that specific logic error?
When you enter the Foreign-Source Income for RIC on the Foreign-Source Income page, and then click Continue, a box is checked with an X in the 1116 Comp Wks form (Foreign Tax Credit Computation Worksheet) Part 1 "to make adjustments for foreign qualified dividends and/or capital gains for line 1."
When you later click on Yes on the "No Other Income or Expenses"
page, the make adjustments check box is not cleared. There is no logic through the remaining foreign taxes credit calculations that unchecks that box, and you can't manually uncheck it, even if there are no adjustments to be made.
So, when you run the Federal Review, it shows there is an error in the 1116 Comp Wks form (Part 1 line h Qual. Dividends and LT Capital Gains for column A) and there is no way to enter blank or zero. It wants a fictitious number of some kind.
The logic error is that the box that is checked with an X in the 1116 Wks form should be unchecked when you enter Yes on the "No Other Income or Expenses" page.
