How do I remove scanned attachments before filing?

Hi, I'm required by the IRS to submit a scanned document, but there are extra copies in the Attachments section that I want to remove. How do I delete the extras before e-filing? I've already deleted them in the View section, but they still appear in Attachments. Thanks!
