How do I move passed the MA state tax insurance questions? I have a government federal insurance program and a 1099-HC is not required.

Particularly with the federal tax ID number ,it won't let me bypass without inputting and I do not have.

Are you able to select My health insurance met MCC all year?  If so, do you have government insurance as an employee or retiree of the Federal government?  

If so, you should select I had private insurance. at the screen What type of health insurance did you have in 2023.

At the screen Tell us about your private health insurance, I was able to enter FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and a subscriber number.  I was not required to enter a Federal identification number to Continue.
