How do I make an additional 2018 tax payment for West Virginia State Tax now?

This is for sale of royalty property that was not anticipated so quarterly estimated tax payments were not done.  I already have IRS web site to pay additional federal taxes.

Here is a link to the West Virginia State Tax Department's Web-site.  You can see if they have an option to pay estimated taxes online still available for 2018 and/or contact someone from the state to see if you can make a payment.
