You have form 1095-A, or you're expecting to get it. More about this form
You, your child, or other dependent was enrolled in Healthcare.gov at any time during 2023—even if you switched insurance or got it through an employer later on.
You, your child, spouse, or other dependent auto-enrolled during 2022 and that enrollment was not officially canceled for 2023.

The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is Oregon's Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program.

The questions you mentioned are about a Marketplace policy or Obamacare policy.
