I called turbotax today and initiated a refund, via the link:

I asked that they only restore the license code so that I can return it to the seller and get a refund from him.
I also asked the turbotax agent to lodge a complaint about "locking out users" by demanding they upgrade to W10-64b (and next year they will demand W11, which does not come in 32-bit format). I have programs that will not run under 64 bits; if forced to install W11 I may be able to install an emulator, but it's really annoying when others dictate what I can't use. Business 101 "most-useful-for-most-customers". On the refund-request I asked they restore W10-32b, and consider not restricting use next year to W11.
And now I'm doing my 2024 taxes just fine on my W10-32b system with turbotax's competitor's product. I'm very grateful it was available.
