How do I import 2020 saved tax file?

I saved my current 2020 file to my computer, so I can clear and start over. However, after clearing and start over, I don't know how to import the saved 2020 tax file. Can anyone help me?

You can't restore a current year TurboTax Online return. You can only upload prior year information to TurboTax Online.

what would be a solution for me, so I don't have redo 2-3 hrs of work I've put in?

My constructive feedback to the company is: the "Tool->save tax file" extremely misleading, most people would think you can save your work and come back to it. It doesn't have to be readable like PDF, to protect their revenue, but allow to save it out; then disallow working with the saved .tax file is very puzzling at least.
