How do I go back and change my healthcare insurance questions so I don't have to fill out number 3853 exemption certification number I don't have one of those

I did something wrong because I don't have an exempt number how do I fix this

If this form 3853 was created and is truly not needed, then follow these steps to delete it:

• From the left menu, select Tax Tools
• Select Tools
• Select Delete a Form
• Scroll to Form 3853 in the California list of forms and select Delete form
