To create 2022 California estimated tax vouchers (540-ES), please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your return.
2. Click State on the left-hand side.
3. Click Review or Edit next to your California return.
4. Continue through your return until you hit the screen A few things before we wrap up your state taxes.

5. Click Start next to Estimated Taxes for next year.

6. Answer yes to the screen Estimated Taxes for 2022?

7. Follow the on-screen instructions.
