You can receive the confirmation code using your phone or text message.
To change your account security settings:
- Log in to your TurboTax online account
- Press the “Take me to my return” button
- Select “My Account” located near the top of your screen
- Pick “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu
- Click on “Security” at the left of the window
- Click on “Add Phone” or “Edit” if your phone number is already listed
- You can now enter your phone number and select to have your account verified by text message or voice.
