How do I get in contact with turbo tax when I was charged two times on two separate payment methods

I was charged twice when I put in my taxes. First it wanted me to confirm my payment through Apple Pay it charged me then wanted my debit/bank info as well and charged me again

Not sure what I am supposed to do? form 2210 underpayment penalty, only box E applies in Part II but it keeps routing me back to fix my form??
