How do i get discount for filing through turbotax?

I saw this ad on Turbotax website: Self-Employed
Personal & business income and expenses
list price of $119 final price of $104

But when I'm ready to file, the system asks me for $119 instead of $104. How do i get this advertised discount?

As I stated in my original post, I refer to an advertisement by Intuit. Moreover, I received an email from Intuit offerings me an additional 20% discount. When I click in the link, I still see the non-discounted price. How do I get this discount?

In order to receive a discount, the discount would still need to be current and you had not already started your return prior. 

You can receive the discount by clicking on the link in the email and signing in.
