How do I fix return if there is nobody to talk to?

You may be able to get help in this forum. Are you trying to fix something in your return prior to filing? Or did you file a return that now needs amending? Or did the IRS send you a letter/notice to fix something?

What product are you using? If you're using Online TurboTax, is it Free Edition or a paid edition?
