How do i file $200 earned from a 1099 employer, as a auction driver? I did not receive a 1099 form.

I earned $200, as a auction driver, with a 1099 type employer.  I have not received a form, and have been unable to contact the agency.  How do I file this information?

To report self-employed income without a 1099-MISC:

1. Open your return in TurboTax.
2. Click on “Take me to my return” if applicable.
3. Search for "self employed income" in Search box.
4. Click on "Jump to self employed income" link.
5. Answer/follow the screen interview prompts.
