How do I enter two figures for unemployment compensation AND paid family leave that were reported on one 1099?

Enter it as if it were two separate 1099-G forms, one for unemployment and the other for paid family leave. That's how the state should have reported it. The IRS instructions for Form 1099-G say to issue a separate 1099-G for each program, one 1099-G for unemployment and a separate 1099-G for paid family leave. But you can get around the incorrect form by entering it as if the state had done it correctly. After you enter the first 1099-G, when you get to the summary page, click the button that says "Add Another Government Payment" to enter the second 1099-G.

What state is the 1099-G from? How are the amounts shown on the 1099-G? Are there two amounts in box 1?
