How do i delete a disaster form i started to fill out

To delete this form:

1. Log into your account and select "continue my return"
2. Once in the return, click on "My Account" 
3. click on "Tools"
4. click on "Delete a Form"
5. A list of all forms currently being used for your return will appear. Scroll down the list and locate Form 4684     
6. Click delete directly next to the form. Confirm that you want the form deleted
