I think you mean you indicated that you had health insurance through the government exchange and need to correct that entry. The first thing you need to do is to delete the Form 1095-A entry you made if any. Then, indicate that you didn't have health insurance through the government exchange. You can do that in the Deductions and Credits section of TurboTax, then Medical, then Medical Expenses and Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A):
