Go back to where you inputted the W-2 info and uncheck the statutory employee box

however, if the statutory employee box is checked on the actual w-2, you'll need to contact the employer to see if this is a mistake in which case a corrected w-2 is needed. otherwise, you might get a notice from the IRS about this issue.
