How do I close my LLC with the IRS?

I closed my single member LLC with the Georgia Secretary of State office in April, 2024. I would like to close this business with the IRS in order to properly inform them of the dissolution and to avoid having to pay a quarterly estimated business income tax. Will I be required to file a Form 966 or other forms? If so, which ones? Thank you.

You do not have to file anything with the IRS if you're a single-member LLC without an election to be treated as a corporation for federal income tax purposes.
