How do I check the box that my tax ID number is not available?

It won't allow me to not enter a business tax ID number, and when I put in my social security number it isn't happy either. I don't have a business tax ID, how do I check the box that it's not avaiable.

What kind of business is this? Schedule C, Partnership, something else?

My refund was delayed because I had to go to the IRS to verify my identity. When they did that, they mailed a paper check instead of doing my direct deposit. Been 2 weeks
