How do I change withholding, you/Turbo Tax, have me listed as single with one dependent, I"m single with NO dependents?

If you are working on your tax return in TurboTax, you can edit your personal information such as your marital status and dependent information in the "My Info" section of your return. If you need to change your payroll withholdings, you would need to fill out a Form W-4 and provide it to your employer. Here is a link to the Form W-4
