How do I access refund balance

I paid for the maximum benefit package haven’t received any updates. I looked on the IRS website and it says my return has been accepted and will receive it on the 22nd but still haven’t got a advance or any notifications that I paid for.

see this about the MAX package which has nothing to do with a refund advance or your refund.
