How can I proceed if my state (Texas) is not listed in Box 15 on the 1099-INT information?

I can't complete my return without this information.

Texas does not have an income tax, so it will not appear in this dropdown box as there wil be no state tax for Form 1099-INT. Leave Box 15 blank, it is not a required entry. If you are getting an error message with this field, please let us know exactly what it reads. Thank you!
