How can I get out of the identity protection I paid $50 for? I know I paid for it initially, but I can not afford a monthly or even an annual payment.

I will not be able to pay any monthly or annual payments of any kind because I plan on retiring in 2021 and will not have the funds available as I do right now.  I have no pension so I will only be living on social security.  Please help me.

If you purchased the Premium Service or MAX bundles and need to cancel, please call IDnotify directly at 1-888-486-9032. For more information, see: How do I cancel my IDnotify services?
