How can I enter quarterly prepaid taxes?

I prepaid both federal and state taxes and cannot find a place to enter them in the Turbotax Deluxe on-line form

To enter the quarterly estimated taxes you paid in throughout the year in TurboTax Deluxe, do the following:

1. Click the Federal Taxes tab
2. Click the Deductions & Credits tab
3. Click Continue until you get to the Your tax breaks landing page
4. Click the Check for more tax breaks button
5. Click the Skip to see all tax breaks link
6. Scroll down to the Estimates and Other Taxes Paid section. Click Show more
7. Click Start next to Estimates

If you have state tax estimates or any other payments enter them here: (See the attached screenshot below. Click to enlarge.)

•        Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)

•        Click on Deductions and Credits

•        Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)

•        Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

•        On Estimates, click on the start or update button

Income Taxes Paid

Payments for 2018 or a prior year state or local income taxes paid in 2019
