If you're asking how to have the name of the taxpayer that appears on Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit, populate the name of the taxpayer shown on Form 1095-A, you don't need to edit anything -- just input the Form 1095-A information into TurboTax exactly as shown on the form.
The only way to change the taxpayer shown on Form 8962 would be to go back into the My Info portion of TurboTax and enter your spouse as the first taxpayer on the Personal info summary page, and enter yourself as the second taxpayer.
However, it doesn't matter, as far as the IRS is concerned.
The Specific Instructions for Name in the Instructions for Form 8962 tell the taxpayer: Print or type your name exactly as you entered it on your tax return. If you are married and filing a joint return, enter the name that appears first on your return.
So, the name of the first taxpayer listed on Form 1040 will appear on Form 8962, no matter who the Form 1095-A is issued to.
However… even though the first taxpayer's Social Security Number (SSN) appears on Form 8962, the IRS disregards that SSN, and matches up policies using the SSNs on page 1 of Form 1040. IRS verification will see that the first SSN on Form 1040 -- yours -- doesn't have a policy number, and then check your spouse's SSN. That policy number will be found and used by the IRS in verifying the numbers on Form 8962.
On the other hand, if you're saying that your Form 1095-A, itself, is incorrect, you need to contact the Marketplace Call Center immediately to have a corrected form issued. Please see HealthCare.gov’s How to use Form 1095-A page for guidance.
If neither of these answers address what you're asking, please provide more information.
