TurboTax has an income and estimate calculator you can use. Click on Federal Taxes, then Other Tax Situations, then scroll down to Other Tax Forms and click on Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes.
Follow the prompts and you'll be able to enter your expectations of various income and deduction/credit items, and TurboTax will make the estimated tax calculation for you.
Then you can have TurboTax prepare the 1040-ES vouchers and print them out.
