How can i correct form 1310? i entered my mother's name instead of mine as the claimant.

In TurboTax Online, enter 'form 1310' in the Search microscope in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click on 'Jump to form 1310' to return.

Should I be concerned that the account and routing number on my tax return is not what I entered? Could it be the routing number and checking account number of TurboTax?
